Cluster install complains of Voume Group name in use.

Going back to start, and re-installing pavane.mit.edu
via PXE, having chosen #1, "blow away the disk and do cluster install"
I see this alert:
Volume group name already in use
The volume group name used to automatically partion usin LVM is
already in use. Lowering the priority for configuration questions
will allow you to specify an alternative name.

The system install previously was the one with Workstation, that
I'd previously gotten into that state where attempting to log in
gave me a blank screen.
