(wdc and alexp are working this together)

We should not have hit send so quickly on that report.
Hitting Continue popped up a subsequent alert complaining that there 
was no Root filesystem, and it would not allow forward progress.

So... We started again from PXE, and now it seems to be working.

Is it possible that the installer is choking on unexpectedly finding
volumes created either from a previous PXE cluster install, or from
that vanilla Ubuntu install that we added workstation to before abandoning
it for this cluster re-install?
