Give me a call and I can ftp you the ora7win.dll. The latest version of
SQL*Net moved from ora7win.dll to ora71win.dll. Sometimes I deploy both
dll version and have not seen any adverse affects. We should report this
to Scopus and look for a tactical solution for a successful deployment.
