Okay, here is a more accurate list of logs which seem to be
duplicates. Note that this is going to be difficult to
track down, as the duplication seems to happen
very sporadically (see below) and in clumps.
(Duplicates are defined by the fact that at least one other log
exists with the same client and creation time/stamp...except for the
seconds...and whose apparent creation date differs from the date
listed in the mit_logs_activity_table by more than 15 seconds)
