We discussed this very problem this morning in the bagel meeting. We've
agreed, where we is Helpnet/NetOps/DCS/Transmissions that all work will
be done within Scopus. If we have something that we want everyone to
know, we'll create a log either manually or email and then send email to
everyone with the appropriate Log # text in the subject.

Yeah -- the answer is simple: everyone *MUST* use Scopus so that it can
be tracked appropriately. If people don't want to use Scopus, then they
can't play the game.
On a slightly related note: are the mailing lists gonna be cleaned up?
Is it necessary to keep all of these discuss meetings, etc. See...

I guess it doesn't have any effect on the customer, but it seems silly
to keep the separate discuss meetings with copies all over the
place. Just my $0.02.
