Hello there,
Thanks to all who have been sending in suggestions, comments, bug reports,
and clarifications about Scopus, the Web Interface, and the Email Interface.
I am tracking these suggestions in (ironically) a FileMaker database: Help
Tools Suggestions, accessible from the same server as the Helpline Log. The
password is as usual...if you don't know what I mean, ask me.
If you want to make sure your suggestion was included, take a look at the
database. You are welcome to add suggestions there yourself, directly, or
just send email to tooltime@mit.edu and I will add your suggestion myself.
I'd actually prefer the latter, as I have a good overview of what has been
suggested already. If you do choose to add a suggestion to the database,
yourself, be sure it is not already in there, and please send your
suggestion to tooltime@mit.edu, as well, so everyone on the team will see
it.
Some of the suggestions have not yet been responded to. We will be meeting
regularly, including this Monday, to discuss which changes we can implement
in the near future.
