I can understand your raising your concerns about these changes.  I'm not
sure it is particularly helpful to simply say "no, no and no".

We discussed what the call Queue was based upon.  We also discussed how
John and others from DCS would most effectively use the system.  We agreed
that it seemed a small enough change that if it made the work of DCS that
much easier it was worthwhile.

The Hardware is thought to be needed by whom?

I think we need to be responsive to hearing how people will be using the
system and where simple changes will make it easier for them to use it, I
would argue that we should make them.
