PDC/CC2 posting problem

I have installed a CC2 interface at my first SAP/PDC customer. We ran into a
strange problem and I was wondering if you have seen it.
1. "Duplicate posting" : we upload a conf21.upl file (we have immediate
posting
turned ON in ci41) and it posts ok: the Quantities/Activities are
updated.
Then we upload another conf21.upl ... and SAP R/3 re-applies the FIRST
conf21.upl , and ignores the second one! For example,
First conf21.upl file
Order #1 - Oper 10 - QtyConfirmed = 1, Activity#1 = 1.1 ... posts ok
Second conf21.upl file
Order #1 - Oper 10 - QtyConfirmed = 4, Activity#1 = 3.0
.. after uploading the second file, the Order shows
totalConfirmed on Oper 10 = 2, total Activity1 on Oper10 = 2.2
If we send that second file AGAIN, we get
totalConfirmed on Oper 10 = 3, total Activity1 on Oper10 = 3.3
Also, the data is still in the RUECK table ( I think it is supposed to
disappear from RUECK)
2. "Records ignored"
We upload a conf21.upl file that contains two records
Order #2 - Oper 10 - QtyConfirmed = 1, Activity#1 = 1.1
Order #2 - Oper 20 - QtyConfirmed = ...
What happens is the "oper#10" record posts ok and SAP R/3 ignores the second
one (again, you can see them both in RUECK)
