Allocating Depreciation Expense to WBS from Internal Order

I want to post Depreciation Expense to WBS. I know it is not possible to
post it directly, but through Internal Order. I have already done the
customising needed for these and the Depreciation Expense is posted to the
Internal Order.
But when my colleague from the CO module run the settlement from Internal
Order to the WBS Element, the depreciation posted is not coming
through..does anybody know which customising should we check ?
