I have asked for an email list/ discuss archive to be created
pdb-outage
This list will announce maintenance and outages of the Projects Database.
People will be able to add themselves to the list, or track reliability
of the system, as they wish.
I had a brief and informal chat with a couple sane people asking the
question "What's a good way to announce maintenance and outages?"
Putting such onto the front page of the projects database seemed less
than ideal because some people might not use the database often enough
to see the outage notes.
