Listening to the input I have got about possible change(s) to
the Project DB front page, I changed the front page to display only the
active projects and given the user a link at the bottom of the page if he/she
wants to display the Completed/Terminated projects.
I changed similarly the html template which displays the projects owned by
a user (mine.html) and the projects sorted by name (index_projectsort.html)
If there are any problems with my changes please let me know and I
will either fix the problem or revert the pages to the old behavior.
