Miki is the one who fixed it (for now), by adding you to the directors
list. She is in the process of correcting several kinds of anomalies
she found in the database.
We'll look into the comment problem, not sure when.
I think Miki is looking into the problem with project 921 below, too.
How are you identified at the top of the page, as "dbaron" or "dennis"?
If you use the certificate for "dennis", permission shouldn't be a
problem, since that is now listed as the creator of the project.
