Dennis,
Your question may have already been answered and I just missed it,
but as I recall -- Directors are supposed to have 'universal'
modification privileges on the project database.
If my recall is accurate, maybe somehow this privilege got disabled?
Miki, does this make sense to you as a possible reason for
Dennis not being able to modify the project entry?
