Thanks - this fixed the second problem that I reported. It is strange
that it sorted the comments into non-chronological order:

It almost looks like it is sorting them by time-of-day and not date?
The project page doesn't display the dates so it's a little confusing
to have them show up out of order.
I'm still having the first problem I reported. When I try to update on:
https://arachne.mit.edu/fcgi-bin/brlfcgi/brlpdb/projmod.html?projid=921
I get:
Scheme Error
The object (error "ORA-02290: check constraint
(PDB.SYS_C00435) violated\n (update pdb.my_project_data\n set
current_q_ach='NONE.', commitment='()'\n where project_id =
921)\n"), passed as the first argument to integer-zero?, is
not the correct type.
