Miki raised the question of who should be super users for the Project DB.

Tim was the only respondant to this question I could see.
He suggested cutting it back to only Process Directors.

I'd originally suggested specific developers to make it easy to fool
with configuration and add things like new kinds of documents to what is
managed.

I see the fundamental issue being that Super Users are the ONLY ones who
can add new projects.

I would suggest that the following principle guide super user access:

Configuration issues like names of kinds of documents, and new
practices, and new processess and new statuses be discussed on this
list, and whoever gets designated King Solomon will pass on to Miki the
changes that need be made and she will incorporate them. Otherwise NO
other configuration changes are done.

It should be possible for both Process and Practice directors to create
new projects.

So: As self appointed autarch of configuration (see previous message
:-) ), I suggest that Miki cut down the super user list to only hogue,
azary, ganderso, rar, rferrara, dbaron, tregan, and vkumar.

Objections?
