Sorry I didn't get to your note until today. I was out sick yesterday.
In future, email to project-db and there are others besides me as
qualified, or more qualified to take care of things.
Your issue #1: because of problems in the interfacing between oracle and
the web stuff, newlines inside descriptions cause horrible things to
happen. You have to have your description as one long line. If you
want to have line breaks or blank lines, embed the html <p> or <br>
directives along the line.
Your issue #2: I agree that the most likely reason why you couldn't
modify the ECAT project was that you were not listed as a team leader.
I have added you to that list. (In a subsequent version we'll probably
rename that field to "Team Member". The purpose of that field is "the
list of people allowed to modify the project entry".
