Bill,
I was able to sucessfully update two projects in the Projects DB. Aside
from my initial struggle with certificates (and a temporarily non-functioning
Certificate-granting server), everything was intuitive and easy to use.
However, there were two small things I tried to do which I couldn't:
(1) In the Roles project, I tried to put a blank line between two
paragraphs in the description. After doing so, the second
paragraph would not display. Maybe it never was inserted into
the DB. Worse, now I cannot get to the Project Description window
from the "Modify Project Information" screen to adjust the
description; the page refuses to scroll down to that field.
(2) Despite rumors to the contrary, the Electronic Catalog project
(that's the 1st ECAT project) is not 100% completed. I tried to
update the project to show that we still need to fix a but in
Ksign that shows up on Windows NT machines, and we're adding
another vendor. I do not seem to be able to update this project.
Is that because I'm not the owner?
