Reducing Description Lossage

As readers of this list have seen, several people are getting screwed
over by the propensity of oracle web to trash words in the middle of
project descriptions containing newlines.
The implementation team felt it was too hard to fix the problem in the
present implementation.
Perhaps the page that displays the form should have additional text
warning people to ignore the nice big box in the form that seems to
allow multi-line descriptions and make descriptions ONE LONG LINE.
