Now that people are getting serious about putting long descriptions into
projects, many are getting hurt by a problem with filling in the project
description field.

Owing to a problem with the way the Oracle/Web stuff fails to properly
handle word wrapping, if you don't make your description one VERY LONG
SINGLE LINE, it will chop random words out of it and toss them on the
floor.

You CAN do some formatting by embedding the HTML Paragraph start
directive "<P>" in the line where you want new lines to start.  For
example:

This is a one line description.<P>That displays on two lines.
