   4. Election of new Quality working group chairperson.

I have recently moved to a new assignment within Tandem. While,
I will continue to work with the DCE technology on another technical
front, I will no longer be representing Tandem specifically in
the area of Quality. Therefore, I believe that the working group
would best be served by electing an individual to chair the group
who can focus specifically on the quality issues for the DCE SIG.
We started this group just a year and a half ago, yet have made
significant contributions in helping to increase quality for the
DCE technology. I personally have enjoyed working with all of you
and will be looking forward to seeing tremendous strides from
the group. Many of you have been involved with the group since
its inception and would be excellent leaders to continue
carrying the torch. So, please think about your personal interest
in leading the team and thanks to you all for your support and
continued desire to make an impact for DCE.

   5. Review and assign action items
