I think you've described it pretty accurately. For the first pass,
Layered Athena will be a separate thing, another way of delivering
Athena. If it is successful, sometime in the future it could subsume
our current delivery methods and become the way that Athena is
installed and updated. But that is a long way in the future and
doesn't need to be considered now from an operational or policy
standpoint. We're just making sure that the design will scale so that
it is a possibility.
