setkey is in crypt.o, part of the generic encryption packages which comes with domestic eunuchs (er, UNIXes). Why they don't have it, ??? [this is not a problem if you have v4 libraries; it only appears when you're using the system's crypt to perform the encryption which the v4 des does for you.]
