To those out there that have this same problem this is tha answer that
I was given and it works
for each Xyplex machine you have you have to add into the database
a login entry
"ark login/xyplex.machine@REALM.COM"
where xyplex.machine is the name of each of your xyplex servers and
REALM.COM is the name of your realm.
