If only it were so simple. You don't have to be in the software export
business. You don't even have to be in the software business. If you
produce any software that executes cryptographic algorithms - or facilitates
software that does - you are at risk.
Just ask Phil Zimmerman (except that he can't comment while
investigations are pending).
