What do folks do about cron jobs versus the lifetimes of
ticket-granting-tickets? If the cron jobs run distributed applications that
need tickets, what Tgt do they use?

Tickets are normally deleted when one logs out. So what tickets are
available for cron jobs that run at 3am? If one doesn't log out, then what
if any tickets expire before the cron jobs run? What if the power is cycled
before the cron jobs are run -- so that the ticket cache is cleared but the
cron jobs still run?
