The reference to IU is slightly incorrect, perhaps due to my response;
we're not doing the non-UNIX ports ourselves, but we are using non-UNIX
ports in test mode, planning to scale to production mode later.

We began a DOS port a while ago, but abandoned it midstream after 
discovering there were existing alternatives.
