Is another Athena Technical Conference coming up?

I remember at last year's Project Athena Technical Conference there was talk
about having another one again this year. Since last year's was around April,
I would assume if there's going to be another it would around the same time.
Is there work afoot to have the "Second Annual Project Athena Technical
Conference?"
If so, is it possible that there might be more of a mix of info about Athena
AND OSF's DCE or are they really competitors?
