Suggestions (provide URL):
You've made it impossible for me (an alumna) to access the
on-line library. I need to visit the engrg library when
I'm next in town, but I can't do any initial work from here,
including verifying if the library has what I'm looking for.
I have a shell account. Your info says that this is
compatible with your system, BUT I cannot get whatever you're
calling a "certificate."
Please help/advise ASAP.
