Suggestion for improving the IS web pages

I am with PC Service - phone number x3-0815. The info on
the page may be unclear to the customers as PC Service - the repair shop - has had ~10-15 calls a week regarding sales since the web page added our phone number as the service number. Perhaps changing the label to Repair Issues or making clear that PC Service is an entirely separate group from the Computer Connection would be helpful.
