I have received Mike Barker's OK to beautify the 4-5 projects database web
pages that are linked to from the "About the database" section of the
Projects page.
After 4 today, I will consult with Kevin about claiming the index.html file
in the "projects" directory and about the RCS check in/out process.
After I'm done with the index page and the projects db pages, I plan to
submit them or check them in myself
