I would like to claim the file in the locker "is/dev/projects" called
"index.html".
I plan to release the file around 6 p.m. this evening.
If I find another file in the directory "is/submit" called "index.html", I
will call my file index-projs.html" and send e-mail asking for it to be
renamed to "index.html" when it is placed in the is/dev/projects directory.
Does anyone have a better idea?
