A user called SIPB complaining that quickstation-green-hall isn't
working. I wasn't sure whether hotline was the right place to call,
so I didn't tell her to do that.
She says the machine is on (and indeed, I just checked and it pings),
but showing a white screen. It's possible it just needs rebooting.
Sorry for not getting more information than that.
For future reference, is hotline indeed the right place to contact
about quickstations and/or clusters in dorms?
