Building: All of Building 12, does not affect 12-A
System: All cold and hot water
Date: 12/12/96
Day: Thursday
Time: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Duration: 2 hours
Reason: Leak in 12-056
Effect: No hot domestic, lab process water, cold domestic
and lab process water. This means that the restroom
facilities in Bldg. 12 will not be operational during
the 2-hour shutdown nor will any of the labs.
