trouble with print quota server on hector

Hi! I think there may be a problem with the print quota service on
hector. Since about 10:30 (when I first tried), when I try to
check a quota or adjust a quota, I get the message:
Unable to contact quota server on hector
However, I'm not sure if the problem is with the quota server
or if things are just timing out because everything is slow.
