Users report problems with m66-080-18

A bunch of users have reported problems with m66-080-18 (an SGI in m66).
It apparently was missing libnsl.so and libsocket.so, zhm was dying, and
Emacs seems to have problems running on it.

It sounds like it might need a reinstall...
