Paul,

The machines in the test cluster are maintained by hotline (often the
repairs go to PC service), but application software maintenance is
usually the responsibility of the user. If you understand the problem
and how to fix it feel free to do so. If not, then we'll ask around on
the floor for someone that may be able to help.
