test-5000 machine crashed

Hello,
The test-5000 machine in W20-575 (the student center cluster) crashed.
Suddenly, the screen went blank, and it has not come back up. When
I finger myself there, it shows me still logged on.
I have recovered my work, but I wanted to report the problem so that
you can reset the machine and log me out.
