I have investigated this system, that was reported with no image on the
monitor. I have received a shock, disconnecting the power cord from the A.C.
outlet. I am o.k. and have shaken it off. Furthur investigation showed that
once I moved the monitor, running water started to flow out. After
investigating furthur, it was discovered that the overhead windows were left
open during the past snow storm, and now looks like the monitor has shorted
out. Water stains are present all over the cpu as well. I have contacted
Jerry, and it was decided that a service call will be placed to IBM, and that
we will get billed, and will bill a person by the name of Ruben who is in
charge of this area.
