The following kitchen hood exhaust fan KX-6C & KX-6B shutdown is for bldg. W20 kitchen (Cafe Spice & Shinkansen) on Thursday, June 13, 2013 from 9:00PM til Friday, June 14, 2013 at 5:00am and then again from Friday,June 14, 2013 from 9:00PM til Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 5:00am is for your information and approval. Reason:
We request kitchen hood exhaust fans shutdown for bldg W20-Cafe Spice range KX-6C-711019 and Shinkansen KX-6B-711020 from 9 PM to 5 AM on Thursday, June 13th and Friday, June 14th, 2013 (into Saturday morning) to replace these fans (NOTE: the fans & disconnects are located in room 458) for One Call Ventilation to weld restaurant kitchen hood exhaust ductwork as part of the W20 kitchen exhaust systems upgrade project by Elaine Construction (Robin Lorscheider 781-727-8834). Brian Healy 8-8565 is the MIT project manager.
Effect:
Loss of kitchen hood exhaust for the duration of this shutdown.
