We request EF11-711122 hood exhaust fan shutdown in bldg W20-Cambridge Grille from 9 PM to 5 AM on Monday, June 17th, 2013 (into Tuesday morning) to replace roof fan (NOTE: the fan & disconnects are located in room 546) for
One Call Ventilation to weld restaurant kitchen hood exhaust ductwork as part of the W20 kitchen exhaust systems upgrade project by Elaine Construction (Robin Lorscheider 781-727-8834). Brian Healy 8-8565 is the MIT project manager on behalf of Billy Homeyer.
Effect:
Loss of hood exhaust fan #11 (PM#711122) for the duration of shutdown.
