SAP Data Archiving - Round 2 Project

Accomplishments past period:
* The integration testing didn't reveal any problem related to
MM_ACCTIT archiving. We will pursue purging this object from
the production system as part of the next quarterly purge cycle
to be performed by R3-Admin
Goals for the coming period:
* Insure all are in alignment to purge MM_ACCTIT in Production.
* Meet with Wayne Turner and Kyriakos Zavoleas to determine the next
steps regarding FM data removal.
* If consensus on approach is achieved, conduct develop and test an MIT
customized version of FM data removal in SF3.
* Update the Project Web site.
SAP Production Subset Project

Accomplishments past period:
* Validated workaround provided by SAP for the MM_EKKO archiving
* Resumed MM_EKKO archiving in the Staging environment (SF3):
status: some customizing issues need to be resolved with the
help of FSS.
Goals for the coming period:
* Meet with Wayne Turner to decide the next steps for the production
subset project
* Review purchasing documents retention period with FSS customizing team.
* Continue MM_EKKO archiving exercise
* Archive as many archiving objects as possible in SF3.
The following objects are considered for the subset but can only be
archived once MM_EKKO has been archived:
. CO_COSTCTR - Cost center - all data (incl. center master)
. PS_PROJECT - Project system: Operative structures
. FM_DOC_FI - FI individual funds management items
. CO_ORDER - Orders with transaction data
. SD_VBAK - Sales documents
. FM_DOC_OI - Commitments in funds management
. CO_ITEM - CO line items
* Develop formal timeline for the production subset project.
* Update Website and project documentation.
* Explore options and strategies for utilizing learnings from these
exercises with FSS .
