Accomplishments this Period:
* PPL printers and reports that need re-mapping have been identified
* testing has begun on report re-mapping
* files that need to be saved from old MITSIS and DEVSIS have
been identified
Goals for the Coming Period:
* complete PPL report re-mapping
* gain client acceptance for new printer plan
* test PPL email reconfiguration
* copy over old MITSIS and DEVSIS files
* complete shutdown of old MITSIS and DEVSIS
Issues:
- There is no formal de-commission date for the PPL server
- PPL report re-mapping may not produce identical reports
- PPL report re-mapping plan requires additional dedicated printers
