Recent accomplishments:
- Transition from Discovery
- Submitted final Discovery report
- Established Delivery goal - smaller-scale service for selected
courses and individuals with demonstrable academic need
- Set timeline for roll-out in March 2002
- Same team members are continuing into Delivery phase
- Identified project consultants
- Registered individuals are using the test service; two classes
participating in the test should begin use soon.
- Began identifying development tasks and support issues for roll-out.
- Identified and fixed several bugs, and deployed them on the test
master server.
Goals for next period:
- Continue to identify development tasks required for roll-out, and
begin implementing.
- Get class participants going on the test service, and get initial
feedback.
- Identify additional documentation and support needs.
Issues:
- There are several policy issues which will need to be addressed
by management.
