Accomplishments past period:
----------------------------
* FSS completed initial validations for the MM_ACCTIT archiving object in SF3.
* Scheduled the next steps for the MM_ACCTIT Object:
· 9/17-9/21: Process validation in SF3
· After 9/23: Archive MM_ACCTIT in SF2 after the infrastructure update
· 10/17-10/19: Archive MM_ACCTIT in newly refreshed SF5 before
integration testing
· After 11/18: Archive MM_ACCTIT in PS1 and make it part of the
quarterly purges.
* Worked with Kyriakos Zavoleas (from FSS) to develop an alternative way to
purge the FM data.
* Started evaluation of SAP change documents tables as possible candidate
for this project.
Goals for the coming period:

* Conduct further validation of MM_ACCTIT archiving in SF3
* Implement the MM_ACCTIT archiving in SF2.
* Conduct testing and evaluation of an MIT customized version of FM data
removal.
* Continue evaluation of change document archiving.
* Update the Project Web site.
