Accomplishments past period:

* Kicked-off the project.
* Selected the largest archiving objects our SAP system for the production
subset project.
* archived the following objects in SF3 (FY96-FY99):
. FI_DOCUMNT - Financial accounting documents
. MM_EBAN - Purchase requisitions
. MM_MATBEL - Materials management: Material documents
* started the archiving of MM_EKKO - Purchasing documents
SAP bugs needs to be resolved. Opened a case with SAP on this problem.
Goals for the coming period:

* Resolve problem with purchasing documents archiving and complete the
archiving of MM_EKKO (FY96-FY99)
* Archive as many archiving objects as possible in SF3.
The following objects are considered for the subset but can only be
archived once MM_EKKO has been archived:
. CO_COSTCTR - Cost center - all data (incl. center master)
. PS_PROJECT - Project system: Operative structures
. FM_DOC_FI - FI individual funds management items
. CO_ORDER - Orders with transaction data
. SD_VBAK - Sales documents
. FM_DOC_OI - Commitments in funds management
. CO_ITEM - CO line items
* FSS and Process Owners are scheduled to Validate the Production Subset
along with other initiatives in SF3 the week of 17 September. Subsequent
validations may be needed due to delays of MM_EKKO archiving (and all
dependant items).
* Analyze DB space reclaimed
* Take decision on implementing production subset in other non-production
systems.
* Update Website and project documentation
