accomplishments past period:
- conducted meeting with directors to discuss project leadership and
ongoing system maintenance issues
- carried out data warehouse download to refresh the lookup data;
document and taught process to fred baars
- began incorporating eager and talented student into some of the design and
development work; started him on some oracle training and outlined a perl
scripting assignment for him
goals for coming period:
- determine how best to handle organization of all necessary
documentation including developer "how-to" documents, functional and
interaction documents, administrator and operator documents, etc.
- move email and web enhancements from test into production
- do preliminary tracking of expenses to facilitate the creation of a
casetracker budget should the decision be made to do so.
- determine timing for upgrading production machine to oracle 8.1.7
- recruit additional documentation and project management assistance
- followup with east about moving some casetracker work into their workspace

- we continue to need more or different resources assigned to project
leadership and system maintenance issues

- work moves forward even with the interuptions of summer projects
and vacations
