Accomplishments past period:
- Preparing ITS Pilot transactions for SAP 4.6C Endorsement Test the
week of 1/15.
- Attended an ITS meeting sponsored by Jim Bruce and Chuck Shaw to
discuss risk assessment of the existing ITS architecture.
- Met with IS/R3-Admin and IS/ASST to discuss roles and responsibilities
of ongoing ITS maintenance and support.
- Began evaluating new SAP4.6C tool, the Web Application Builder
Goals for the coming period
- Follow up to make sure that all those who had action items from the
12/18 meeting deliver as scheduled.
- Complete the evaluation of the Web Application Builder
Issues
- The SNC error is still being researched by our MIT Kerberos experts.
With this solved, we can move from pilot to general rollout.
- Resources continue to be an issue. Too many are spread too thin.
- I have not seen the ITS Linux version which should have been delivered
by the end of '00.
