Accomplishments past period (September)
- Continued to execute against plan set in August
- ITLT froze Strategic Plan content and IS Work db took that content
- Project DB frozen and IS Work db took that content
- Updatable IS Work DB announced for ITLT review & updates
- Continuing to debug final system
Goals for the coming period (October)
- Stabilize design of system
- Coordinate final demise of Project DB
- Ensure IS Web Pages links to Project DB now point to new system
- Migrate IS Work to a production quality facility
- Announce widespead availability of the system
- Begin to manage IS work on the basis of the database's contents.
Issues
- No new ones at this time.
Key learnings
- When given the time, and opportunity, we _can_ pull together and make something
good happen.
Team dynamics
- Working well. Some issues remain with how to better use expert consultants
in
a project that's centered around a small core team.
