Accomplishments Past Period:
----------------------------

* Completed validation of WorkItem archiving for Workflow history with all
business areas directly involved as well as FSS.

* Upgraded the staging system to 4.6c. Validated that the archiving
didn't have any negative impact on the upgrade process.

* Performed basic testing of the SAP archiving tools in 4.6C and initiated
problems resolution of issues with SAP.

* Created a timeline to roll out the archiving pilot to the SAP landscape
with R3-Admin and the SAP 4.6C Upgrade Project.

* Met with FSS-QA and various FSS representatives to coordinate and
validate plans to incorporate SAP data-archiving (data purges) with their
upgrade and QA plans. Particular focus on the Integration Test being
prepared for December and the Production upgrade being planned for January.

Goals for the Coming Period:
----------------------------

* Conduct post 4.6C upgrade validations in the staging system (SF3).

* Finalize retention cycles for the selected objects.

* Meet with sponsors, key stakeholders and SAP-Plan. Make the go/no-go
decision to move the pilot to production.

* Archive the selected objects in both development(SF2) and test(SF5)

Issues:
-------

* Competition for resources with the SAP 4.6C upgrade + potential timeline
conflicts.
