Accomplishments past period:
- Production ITS server upgraded to version 4.6D
- Accounts Receivable added to Production Users
- Simulated stress testing on the SAP test environment
(simulated two weeks worth of work in 45 minutes)
- Development 90% done on verification of VISA charges functionality
- With the assistance of the School and Area Coordinators, compiled
a list of 54 Community users for the next phase of the pilot
- R3 developed a utility program to upload new ITS authorizations in SAP
Goals for the coming period
- Increase size of Pilot to about 100 users by the end of October
and then begin phased rollout to the general community
- Start the pilot for the verification of VIP charges on the web.
Issues
- The SAP 4.6C upgrade has taken some ITS resources
away from our project.
- We still have a periodic SNC error that has been reported to SAP.
There is no solution yet but MIT and SAP are looking into it.
